2018 Chardonnay

The 2015 Chardonnay fruit was grown in the Santa Lucia Highlands.  Cold fermented at 60 degrees for 20 days, then taken to 50% New French Oak and 50% Stainless Steel barrels. 

Tasting Notes:  Enticing aromas of ripe apple, citrus and melon.  Vibrant flavors of tropical fruit, citrus and peach meld with vanilla and baking spices.  The finish is juicy with mouth-watering acidity.   Dinner table ready tonight!
